Cakes Concealed Carry™ Year Round Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please review the return and exchange guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and inserts. Please note: previously used bags cannot be “traded in” for a newer model.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery AND shipped back to us within 7 days of return initiation (when you begin the return process and receive a return label).
All Kydex holsters are made to order and custom molded to the exact firearm model selected at the time of purchase. Because of this, holster returns are accepted subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived only if the holster arrives damaged or defective.
5% restocking fee applies to all returns unless damaged/defective.
Auction Sales Policy
All items sold through any Cakes Concealed Carry™ auction, including but not limited to charity auctions, special event auctions, and limited releases, are considered final sale. Due to the nature of auction-based purchasing, no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Warranty
30-Day Returns & Exchanges for Purses
We offer a no-questions-asked return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase or if your firearm does not fit properly.
3-Month Repair Coverage (Cakes Covered)
For the first 3 months, Cakes Concealed Carry™ will cover eligible repair costs. Eligible repairs include stitching, seams, or other structural elements of the bag that fail under normal use.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send your bag back to us. All repairs are completed by a professional leather workshop, and your bag will be returned within approximately 3–4 weeks to allow time for transit and repair.
Please note:
This service is for repair, not replacement. A damaged bag cannot be exchanged for a brand-new model.
Damage caused by misuse, improper firearm placement, or forcing the bag beyond normal use is not covered. Our bags are carefully crafted leather products, not steel equipment, and must be handled accordingly.
We encourage customers to review our instructional videos to ensure proper use and care of their bag.
1-Year Repair Support (Customer Paid)
For up to 1 year from the date of purchase, we can assist in coordinating repairs beyond the initial 3-month coverage. The customer will be responsible for the shipping and repair cost, but Cakes will help handle the logistics to make the process as seamless as possible.
How to Start a Return

Follow the prompts to receive a return label, QR code, or use your own shipping method.
Ship the item using a trackable service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
A 5% restocking and processing fee applies to all returns (except holsters) and elective exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, typically within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inbox@cakesconcealed.com with photos and a brief description of the issue.

Return policy with WFD by Seel
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery and your order arrives damaged or is not received, you must file a claim directly through SEEL's Resolution Center.

Holster Sales & Warranty Policy
Holsters sold through Cakes Concealed Carry™ are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party partners, not Cakes. Our current partners are Lady Lindahl Holsters and Moms Who Carry. Because each holster is custom-molded to your specific firearm and selected color/print.
