Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Handbags:

    • Must be in brand-new condition, unused, and free of any wear, damage, or alteration.
    • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
  2. Final Sale Items:

    • Holsters: All holster sales are final and non-refundable.
    • Locks: TSA and other locks are final sale and non-refundable.
    • Collections: Products from the [Apparel] and [Accessories] collections are final sale and cannot be returned.
  3. Timeframe:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Free Return Shipping:
    • We offer free return shipping for all eligible items.
    • A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns.

Restocking Fee

  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at inbox@cakesconcealed.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:
      • Your order number.
      • A description of the reason for the return.
      • Photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Approval:

    • Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if the return is approved or denied.
    • If approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
  3. Return Process:

    • Ship the item using the provided label.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.

Refunds

  1. Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the 3% restocking fee.
  2. Deductions:

    • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
  3. Rejection:

    • If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, your refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.
  • For eligible claims, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exclusions

  • Items marked as final sale (e.g., holsters, locks, and products from [Apparel] and [Accessories]) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
