Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Handbags:
- Must be in brand-new condition, unused, and free of any wear, damage, or alteration.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.

Final Sale Items:
- Holsters: All holster sales are final and non-refundable.
- Locks: TSA and other locks are final sale and non-refundable.
- Collections: Products from the [Apparel] and [Accessories] collections are final sale and cannot be returned.

Timeframe:
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Return Shipping
- Free Return Shipping:
- We offer free return shipping for all eligible items.
- A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns.
Restocking Fee
- A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Approval:
- Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if the return is approved or denied.
- If approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

- Ship the item using the provided label.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the 3% restocking fee.

- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.
- For eligible claims, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Exclusions
- Items marked as final sale (e.g., holsters, locks, and products from [Apparel] and [Accessories]) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
